What is XO Club?
XO Club is LIDIASHOPPING’s loyalty program that allows you to collect points and obtain exclusive rewards with every purchase.
What is the XO Card and how does it work?
The XO Card identifies your membership to XO Club and allows you to collect points and access the program benefits.
If you sign up in store, you will receive a physical XO Card, also valid online.
If you sign up online, your XO Card is available in digital format.
How do I earn points?
You earn points with every purchase made online or in store.
For every €1 spent, you earn 1 point.
How can I use my points?
The points collected are converted into credit.
Every 500 points, you receive €20 to use on your next purchases.
What happens in case of a return?
In case of a return, the points earned with that purchase will be automatically deducted from your balance.
If you used XO Club credit, the corresponding points will be recredited, calculated based on the original value of the product.
Can I use the credit on any order?
Points can only be used on purchases made after the one in which they were accumulated.
Additionally, the credit cannot exceed the total amount of the order.
Do points expire?
Yes. The points collected are reset every year at the end of February.
From that moment, the points collection starts again automatically.
How can I check my points balance?
You can view your points balance by logging into your LIDIASHOPPING account.
